I'm almost out of the Nexium I purchased in Mexicali--any suggestions on something comparable that dissolves? Thanks!

Thanks! | Deb - if you can't find anything and want me to pick you up some while I'm in Mexicali, let me know -- we purchased the 40 mg and cut them in 1/2 - they are less expensive than the 20 mg. I can mail them to you and you can mail me payment or pay through paypal if you have it. We will leave tomorrow so let me know ASAP either here or by PM.

But, after a week of major reflux, I had to try something. I tried several things that did not work for me. Then, Elisabeth mentioned trying Prilosec. I did and it works just as well for me as the Nexium did. |

I was taking regular prilosec the day I came home from my surgery. It's a tiny pill.

When you say tiny pill - is it about the size of regular nexium 40 mg. tablets? Because I still can't swallow those

I've also learned that they go down easier if I take them in the evening instead of in the morning.
