Default problem foods...

i'm on mushies and havn't tried anything solid yet,
but i have read a couple of threads where chicken or an omelette can make some people very uncomfortable.

are there more "problem foods" except omelette and chicken?

You never know what'll be a problem food until you try it. I haven't had issues with either eggs or chicken. Well, one of the two times I got sick with eating was with eggs, BUT it wasn't the eggs themselves, it was because I was eating too fast without thinking about it. All you can do is try stuff and see what happens, really.

I could eat cooked chicken (really, really cooked and then blended with mayo). I was actually told not to do eggs at all during mushies. I made a lot of broccoli soups, squash soup and cream of chicken soups. Mushies don't last long in the big scheme of things. Just make sure you get your water and protein in!! I actually put powdered milk in all my cream and cheese soups just to up the protein content and it doesn't affect the taste at all. It does get a lot easier!!!!
