I'm glad this was something you can talk to your hubby about. More often than not for me it isn't about the thing I ate, its about how I felt when I did it. Those moments when I lose me, are really terrifying. I'm glad the day feels better!

where are you heading out to on a road trip?! sounds like a great time... my road trip almost every summer is to drive up to washington. i try different routes from here (Vegas) to there, and it's a fun time. :) i will most definitely let you know when i'll be up there and we should do a "sleever" lunch ;)
